You can insert all sorts of blocks in a page. You can also create a page within a page - formally known as a subpage. You can create pages in a variety of ways in Notion - you can click the + button beside your workspace in the left sidebar or you can click any of the + buttons across all of Notion to quickly create a page, or simply type /new.
